By using Paid Services, you authorize us (or our payment partners) to charge your linked payment method for applicable fees and taxes. Vowallex may suspend or terminate services for non-payment or declined transactions.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including VAT or other levies. You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from your use of the Services, except where Vowallex is legally required to collect and remit them.

Vowallex may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms, violate applicable laws, or engage in fraudulent or unauthorized activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Termination does not affect obligations already accrued, including outstanding payments.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vowallex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business.
Vowallex’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) the total fees paid by you in the past three (3) months, or
(b) £1,000 GBP.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by negligence.

Third-party hardware, software, or services integrated with Vowallex’s platform are governed by their own terms. Vowallex is not responsible for their operation or warranties.
18. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute (“Dispute”) arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, it may be submitted to binding arbitration in England under the Arbitration Act 1996.
The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved through arbitration.

22. General Provisions
These Terms, together with any referenced Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vowallex.
If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. No failure by Vowallex to enforce a right shall be deemed a waiver.
These Terms do not create a partnership or agency relationship between the parties. Both parties agree to comply with applicable anti-corruption and ethical conduct laws.
